Leonard Prescott - Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Prescott is an enrolled member of the Shakopee Mdewakanton Dakota Community. He has served his tribe as Tribal Chairman, and as Chairman of Little Six, Inc., the corporation that oversees all tribal enterprises, which includes the highly successful Mystic Lake Casino & Hotel. Prescott founded the Minnesota Indian

Gaming  Association, and was instrumental in passage of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act of 1988 (IGRA) and in negotiating the compacts that allowed slot machines and blackjack in Indian casinos. Prescott, who attended the University of Minnesota, has  served as president of the National Indian Gaming Association (NIGA). He was the first Native American to be inducted into the World Gaming Hall of Fame, and is the recipient of the prestigious Human Relations Award from the American Jewish Committee.

Craig  Aizman  -  President  and   Chief   Operating   Officer. Aizman served 25 years as vice president and co-owner of Hans Foreign Auto Parts, Inc., a foreign auto parts salvage company which generated sales of over $2 million annually. He has extensive experience in the metals and tire recycling industries  including  regulatory  work  related to the disposal  of  hazardous  materials.  Aizman  co-founded and

served   as   President   of   Core Distribution Inc.,  an    importer   and   designer   of  products manufactured in China, India and Israel. These products are distributed worldwide to major retailers and many Fortune 500 companies. While with this company Aizman received a US patent for his unique design of a telescoping ladder. Aizman has broad experience in commercial real estate and is a former Human Rights Commissioner for the city of St. Louis Park, MN.

Bob  Arens  -  Vice  President  and  Chief  Financial  Officer. Arens studied chemical engineering at Mankato State University. After college Arens joined the 3M Company in St. Paul, MN, where he spent his entire business career. During his 41 years with 3M, a Fortune 500 company, he gained valuable corporate experience and was the recipient of ten patents  awarded  by  the United States Patent Office. Arens

found  that  during  his  career  at  3M  he was  most  satisfied  with  the  work that allowed him the opportunity to work with the Indian tribes. Using several of his US patents, he worked with the Shakopee Mdewakanton Dakota community to develop and deploy an environmentally friendly bingo gaming system used by Indian tribes in California, Idaho, Michigan and Minnesota. Arens is an avid genealogist and has discovered he may have roots to the Mesquakie Tribe of Iowa.
